1. U.S. Fulfilment & Processing

All orders are discreetly shipped from our U.S. fulfilment centre in Broomfield, Colorado.
Processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Costs

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Discreet Shipping (3-4 business days): $10.00 flat rate.

  • Discreet Shipping Service (2-4 business days): Free on orders over $50.

International Shipping

  • Currently available to select countries only.

  • Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

  • All prices shown are in USD.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • U.S. Discreet Standard: 3-4 business days.

  • U.S. Express/Discreet: 2-4 business days.

  • International: 7-21 business days (depends on destination and customs).

Please note: Delays may occur during holidays or carrier backlogs.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided automatically once your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
You can track shipments directly through the courier link provided in your confirmation email.

5. Discreet Packaging & Privacy

All orders are packed in plain, unbranded boxes. The return address appears as “Fulfilment Center” without any product-identifying information.
Your privacy is always our top priority.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged:

  1. Email info@simplyadultstore.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll open a shipping investigation within 48 hours.

  3. Replacement or refund will be arranged if applicable.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
