Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened and Unused Items: We accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. This includes products such as sex toys, accessories, and other intimate items.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel

  • Lubricants, oils, and other consumable products

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@simplyadultstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and include all original packaging and accessories. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • Refund Issuance: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible item for a different product:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item through our website.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective items.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
